BMGK event - the branding of EMBF 2024
The Bulgarian Chamber of Mining and Geology (BMGK) organizes the European Mining Business Forum every two years. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the forum had not been held since 2018, making the 2024 edition highly anticipated. Preparations began with a comprehensive digital campaign aimed at attracting participants and sponsors. The campaign included Google banners, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and a PowerPoint template. The design adhered to the stylistic elements of previous editions, such as colors and shapes, while incorporating updates to achieve a more minimalistic and modern aesthetic.


From Concept to Realization.
After the digital campaign was in place, preparations for the event itself began. A wide range of materials was created for this significant occasion. Starting with the key visual, the design was applied to various assets, including invitations for guests, branded folders, notepads, pens, lanyards, badges, tote bags, roll-up banners, and even the stage and registration desk designs. This project offered an excellent opportunity to explore how a design adapts across different formats and materials.
The stage design presented a unique challenge due to its multiple components, including textile columns and 3-meter screens. Ensuring a cohesive look across these varied elements required careful planning. I addressed this by overlapping the triangular shapes on the textile columns and seamlessly integrating them into the screen designs. This approach ensured that, despite the diverse elements and textures, the composition felt unified and visually harmonious.
